Williamsburg Village Shopping Center

The renovation and reconstruction of Williamsburg Village Shopping Center is complete. Boyle renovated the area from the railroad south, demolished the two southernmost buildings and constructed in their place a 9,000-square-foot multi-tenant building. All facades maintain the traditional Williamsburg style of architecture. New roofs, windows, sidewalks, landscaping and parking lot are breathing new life into the center and have made it like new.  An exciting mix of restaurants and retail includes Torchy’s Tacos, Henhouse Wine Bar, Southall Cafe, Crumbl Cookies, Greys Cheese Shop, Mrs. Post, London & York, Shelby Jewel, and Benjamin Moore Paints.   A wood privacy fence has been constructed at the rear of the property on the property line. Boyle is excited about this project.   Contact Joel Fulmer at (901) 766-4206 or Jonathan Aur at (901) 766-4216 at Boyle for more information.
