Boyle Sells Ten Lots to New Builder Group and Construction to Commence at the Village at Spring Creek Ranch in the Collierville Reserve

Boyle Investment Company (Boyle) has sold ten lots at Spring Creek Ranch to a newly formed builder group and construction soon will commence on the next phase of development at The Village at Spring Creek Ranch.  Boyle anticipates five to six starts in March 2013, and the homes should be ready for occupancy by mid-summer.  The lots are located within the reserve area of Collierville on the 168 acres purchased by Boyle in November 2012 from the Meyer family, which owns Spring Creek Ranch Golf Course.  The new homes will be priced from $385,000 to $

425,000 and the builders are pre-selling now, with two homes already sold.

The new builder group for the Village at Spring Creek Ranch includes the following: Marty Smith, Artisan Custom Homes; Mark McGuire and John Worley, Celtic Manor Homes; Chris Dickens, Dickens & Associates; Ryan Anderson, RKA Investments; and Ron Sklar and Scott Klazmer, Klazmer/Sklar Homes.

“We are excited about this new builder group, which will offer homebuyers a variety of home plans and price points,” said Gary Thompson, Vice President of Boyle.  “These ten lots in The Village at Spring Creek Ranch represent the first group of new lots to come online in quite some time.  This is the first of what we hope will be multiple phases of construction as we develop a total of 340 lots in phases over the next decade.   Homes are selling quickly in The Village from the high $300,000s to $430,000 and in The Manor from the mid-$400,000s to $550,000.   We anticipate delivering new home sites in the Manor area in late summer or early fall.  As the market improves, we hope to continue with the implementation of the overall master plan for Spring Creek Ranch, which has been in place for a number of years.”

In addition, Boyle has ten lots in the private and gated Grand Manor, which provides residents with estate-sized lots with prime views of the golf course and scenic Chinquapin Lake.  These lots are available to individuals wishing to build custom homes.  Home prices in The Grand Manor range from the high $600,000s to $1,000,000 plus.

Spring Creek Ranch is the upscale, master-planned community off Raleigh-LaGrange Road in the Collierville rural preserve area adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course of the same name.  Offering stunning vistas and unique home sites, the Spring Creek Ranch residential community reflects the excellence of the course.

Boyle was selected by the Meyer family in 2006 to develop the residential community surrounding the golf course, and Spring Creek Ranch was the site of the 2007 Vesta Home Show held by the Memphis Area Home Builder Association (MAHBA).  MAHBA achieved a record never before achieved in Vesta Home Show history, selling all seven homes prior to the opening of the show in April 2007.

“We always have thought that the area just inside the future perimeter beltway (Hwy 385 and future I-269) is the high-growth area for Shelby County,” says Gary Thompson, Vice President of Boyle.  “It is our intention to carry on the development of Spring Creek Ranch using the same master plan, as well as the high-quality, that were both established early on at this upscale community.  With the beltway nearing completion, Spring Creek Ranch is ideally located inside the loop and close to Collierville public schools, including Collierville Middle School, Houston High School, and Tara Oaks Elementary, as well as the campuses of Briarcrest High School and St. George’s.”

Boyle began development of Spring Creek Ranch in 2007 with three different areas, including The Grand Manor, The Manor, and The Village, each offering low county-only taxes in the Collierville reserve area. The Village at Spring Creek Ranch offers low-maintenance ease in close proximity to the development’s swim club and tennis complex. The Manor offers slightly larger lots with captivating views and rolling terrain and stately mature trees. The private and gated Grand Manor provides residents with estate-sized lots with prime views of the golf course and scenic Chinquapin Lake. When completed, the conservation community will be linked with miles of natural trails and walking paths in a beautiful serene setting unlike anything else in the region.  The community already offers a wide array of neighborhood amenities including walking trails through the neighborhood and around the 8.5-acre lake, tennis courts, and a swimming pool with cabanas.

Homes are selling quickly in the Village from the high $300,000s to $500,000 and in the Manor from the $400,000s to $650,000 and in the Grand Manor from the high $600,000s to $1,000,000 plus.  In addition to the newly released lots in the Village, additional lots are available for custom homes in the Grand Manor.
