The Brentwood Farmers Market (BFM) opened its 2019 season last week in the grassy area of CityPark Brentwood. Considering the fact that the market — only in its second season — started in June last year, Market Manager Kasi Haire said she was pleased the first week’s turnout.
As the seasons continue to begin in May, Haire said she hopes more people in the Brentwood community will attend the market earlier in the season.
The BFM is one of several that Haire manages, including the Nolensville Farmers Market and Berry Farms Farmer’s Market.
The BFM will take place every Thursday from 4-7 p.m. until Oct. 17 at CityPark.
A list of vendors is posted to BFM social media days before the each week’s market, Haire said.
