Collierville Opens Class A
Memphis Business Journal
Representatives from Boyle Investment Company, the Town of Collierville, and Helena Chemical Co. gathered July 21 to officially unveil a new Class A office building.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the 50,000-square-foot facility located at 255 Schilling Blvd. at Schilling Farms in Collierville. Helena Chemical Company will occupy 25,000 square feet, with the remaining 25,000 square feet of ground floor available for lease.
“It is a great day at Schilling,” Les Binkley, vice president with Boyle, told the crowd. “It is so exciting to celebrate a strategic piece being put down at Schilling Boulevard and Winchester. Our goal here at Schilling is for each piece to step up the bar for the next piece and really enhance the overall project. Most importantly, we want to thank Helena Chemical Company for choosing this location for their Southern Business Unit, because as we know, it is all about jobs.”
Collierville Mayor Stan Joyner thanked Boyle for its continued investment in Collierville and Helena Chemical for being a great corporate citizen.
“They have been here for many years, and we appreciate your confidence in Collierville and your commitment to Collierville,” Joyner said.
Adjacent to Helena Chemical’s new office space is a future 9,000-square-foot retail center, now under construction. The strip should be ready for tenants in October.
The 443-acre Schilling Farms community is a joint project between Boyle Investment Company and Harry Smith.
