Cornerstone, Exceptional Foundation OK Pacts with Office Park

Cornerstone Laboratories LLC and the Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee are making deals in Moriah Woods Office Park.

Memphis-based Cornerstone is expanding its office space in the 155,000-square foot office park at Mt. Moriah and Interstate 240 in East Memphis owned by Boyle Investment Co.

The company expanded its existing space at 1775 Moriah Woods Blvd. by approximately 1,760 square feet, and now occupies a total of almost 5,300 square feet.

Founded in 2001, Cornerstone is a client-centered, customer service-oriented, analytical testing laboratory. Testing services include custom analysis, GC/MS, metals, and wet chemistry.

In addition, Birmingham, Ala.-based Exceptional Foundation has signed a new lease for 10,632 square feet of space in the office park.

This will be the the foundation’s second location in the United States.

The nonprofit organization, which provides social and recreational support to mentally and/or physically challenged individuals, will move into its new space at 1780 Moriah Woods Blvd. on Jan. 1.
