Geodis Expands to 133,000 SF Building in Brentwood

At CityPark, Geodis will expand into the entirety of its 133,000-square-foot building as part of a long-term renewal of its lease in the project. CityPark is the U.S. headquarters for Geodis , it has been a tenant there since 2005. The expansion builds upon a series of recently signed commercial leases at CityPark, which takes the development from 91% leased at the beginning of 2020 to 98% today.
