Popularity of Spring Creek Ranch Lifestyle Boosts Home Construction

Construction at Spring Creek Ranch in the Collierville reserve adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course has continued as Boyle develops a total of 340 lots in phases over the next decade.   In 2013, Boyle sold 27 lots in The Village and this spring another 24 larger lots were released in The Manor.

The Manor offers 1/3-1/2-acre lots and the new builder group includes:  Artisan Custom Homes; Celtic Manor Homes; RKA Investments; Mark Smith Fine Homes; Marquis Companies, LLC; Master Design Builders; and Tim Wilson Companies.

“We are excited to have a dozen high-quality builders, which provides homebuyers with a large variety of home plans and price points in a collegial but competitive environment,” says Gary Thompson, Vice President of Boyle.

Homes in The Village are priced in the high $300,000s to $430,000 and in The Manor from the mid-$400,000s to $650,000.    Boyle has ten remaining lots in the gated Grand Manor with homes priced from the high $600,000s to $1,000,000 plus.

The Spring Creek Ranch lifestyle is popular due to walking trails, a 8.5-acre lake, tennis courts, and swimming pool with cabanas.   Grant Crawford and his family have lived in The Manor for four years.
“Having lived in nine previous cities within two countries over the past 20-plus years with FDX, we have had our full range of experiences,” says Grant Crawford, Vice President—International, FedEx Freight, Inc.  “But with that also has come an appreciation for finding a location that feels like ‘home.’  There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t feel lucky and blessed to raise my family in the setting that Spring Creek Ranch provides.  My wife and I share the feeling that our long travels over the past few decades finally brought us to where we were supposed to be.  I go out of my way to recommend Spring Creek Ranch.”

“With the 385/I-269 beltway completed last year, Spring Creek Ranch is ideally located inside the loop and is close to Collierville public schools, Briarcrest, and St. George’s,” says Thompson.   “Although Spring Creek Ranch is proposed to be part of the Shelby County School system for the 2014/15 school year, the new Collierville school system is available to Spring Creek Ranch through open enrollment and all of our residents who applied have been accepted.”
