From April 28 to May 13, The Village at Spring Creek Ranch openits gates to approximately 25,000 visitors to showcase the best in homebuilding during the Memphis Area Home Builders Association’s (MAHBA) 2007 Spring Vesta Home Show. The Village is one of several new communities at Spring Creek Ranch, Boyle’s unique, master-planned community off Raleigh-LaGrange Road in the Collierville rural preserve area surrounding the 320-acre Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The new golf house at Spring Creek Ranch was designed by world-renowned architect, James Cutler, who also is known for designing Bill Gates’ eco-friendly home in Seattle, Washington.

The Village at Spring Creek Ranch is a premier community that offers low-maintenance ease in close proximity to the future swim club. Homes in The Village start in the high $400,000s. The Vesta Home Show, named after the goddess of hearth and home, features custom homes built with the newest products, materials and designs offered by the area’s leading home construction experts. Seven of Memphis’ finest homebuilders are the featured builders at The Village: David Clark Construction, John Duke Co., Mike Murphy Builders, Klazmer-Sklar, Tayloe Construction Co., Inglewood Homes, and Frank Uhlhorn Construction Co. Boyle is proud to have been selected as the developer of the show along with Trustmark Bank, the show’s exclusive sponsor. Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Tickets are available for purchase at the gate or in advance at all Trustmark Bank locations or online at vestahomeshow.com.

Spring Creek Ranch includes two additional residential communities under development by Boyle, including the private and gated Grand Manor, which offers eye-catching views of the new lake, where lots are priced around $200,000. The Manor, which provides captivating views of rolling terrain and mature trees, offers luxury homes starting at $600,000. All of Boyle’s new residential communities under development at Spring Creek Ranch offer low county taxes in the Collierville reserve area.

The Pinnacle of Germantown. This upscale community, conveniently located in the heart of old Germantown at Poplar Avenue and Old Dogwood, offers 16 lots on 18.5 acres in a naturally wooded area with mature trees. The clustered development preserves the tree cover, natural terrain and existing streams. Lots are priced around $400,000.

Twin Lakes. Construction started this spring on a 200-acre community of 154 lots in Piperton, which preserves two lakes and maintains the pastoral, rural character of the property by providing ample, usable open spaces. A pedestrian pathway is provided through the many natural areas. The equestrian nature of the land is preserved through conservation lots surrounded by three-rail wooden fences. Lots range from one-half to five acres and homes start around $400,000.

Natchez and Avilla. Boyle is in the early stages of planning
for two new residential communities. Natchez will be a traditional style community within the Collierville Historic District adjacent to the old Town Square. Located between Poplar Avenue, Natchez, and Washington Streets, this traditional neighborhood development will offer homes inspired by the architectural style prevalent in Collierville during the mid-to-late 1800s.

Avilla is located on Reid Hooker Road just north of Raleigh LaGrange and south of Macon Road. This gated community will offer 15 estate-sized lots on wooded and rolling terrain in east Shelby County. Avilla will provide residents five acres of common area with a boardwalk and gazebo, along with visual access to the Lake at Glen Birnham. Lots will range in size from two to 3.37 acres and will be available in late 2007.
