Preston Shepard Place

This 370,000-square-foot power center on 31 acres in suburban Dallas exemplifies Boyle’s experience in retail development. The power center serves an upscale consumer trade area at one of the most dynamic intersections in the Metro Dallas area. The project’s anchor strength and strategic location have established it as a regional destination with many prominent national, value-oriented tenants. The center was completed in the fall of 1995 and was 100 percent leased upon completion. Boyle subsequently sold the center in 1996 and no longer handles leasing for this property.
