Bo Lessley

Responsibilities:As Treasurer and CFO, Lessley’s responsibilities include financial accounting and reporting as well as federal, state and local tax planning and compliance for the company, its subsidiaries and partnerships.

Professional Record:Prior to joining Boyle in September 2021, Lessley was a Tax Director in the Memphis office of CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McMann P.C. where he worked with Boyle as a client for several years. He specialized in partnership tax planning and compliance with a focus on the real estate, manufacturing and investment management industries. His responsibilities also included tax planning, compliance and consulting for the owners of these businesses. Prior to joining Thompson Dunavant PLC, the predecessor of the Memphis office of CBIZ MHM, Lessley was a member in his own family’s manufacturing business. He started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP before joining Dunavant, Dickey, Paessler and Shaul LLC, a local accounting firm and predecessor to Thompson Dunavant PLC.

Education:Lessley obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Christian Brothers University.

Professional Affiliations:Lessley is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
