Logan Hughes

Responsibilities:Hughes oversees a team of property managers and engineers managing a 1.3 million square foot portfolio of existing office and retail space, with another 600k sf in development.

Professional Record:Hughes joined the Boyle team in 2006 after graduating from the University of Alabama. Hughes has a wide range of interdisciplinary experience including property management, leasing, acquisition due diligence & property transitions, analysis & underwriting, capital investment project management, major renovation/ redevelopment, new construction development & commissioning, contract negotiation, etc. Hughes has taken a lead role in numerous projects at Boyle including - City Park redevelopment, One Nashville Place repositioning, Brentwood Commons redevelopment, Lion’s Head redevelopment, East Park redevelopment, etc.

Education:Hughes graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alabama where he majored in Finance with a minor in Economics. Hughes is also a graduate of local Nashville high school, Montgomery Bell Academy.

Professional Affiliations:Hughes is currently affiliated with the NAIOP and BOMA professional organizations. Hughes also serves on the Board of Directors for several Property Owners Associations. Hughes maintains an active real estate license from the state of Tennessee.

Civic and Community Involvement:Hughes serves as a member of the Young Alumni board at Montgomery Bell Academy where he currently chairs several committees including the Long Mountain Committee and the Annual Fund. Hughes is a member of the local NAIOP and BOMA chapters, and maintains a TN Real Estate license.
