Editor:
Why did you select Boyle as your partner to develop Schilling Farms and what has been your experience thus far?

Mr. Smith:
A number of factors contributed to our decision to work with Boyle.  First, Boyle has experience  all four areas of real estate development, including office, retail, industrial, and residential, all of which will be represented at Schilling Farms.  Secondly, I was impressed with Boyle’s fine reputation in the community and the high quality of their existing developments.   However, the primary reason Boyle was selected was the alignment of Boyle’s principles and philosophy with that of Schilling.  We are currently three years into the project and my experience thus far couldn’t have been better.  Boyle has consistently demonstrated a commitment to executing this important project correctly.

Editor:
How do you see Schilling Farms developing over the next 20 years?

Mr. Smith:
I envision Schilling Farms as a community where people can live, work, play shop, and worship.  It will be an asset to Collierville, due to its pleasant atmosphere, safe environment, and family values.   Schilling Farms will take people back in time to the small communities in which they grew up, where everyone knows their neighbors and enjoys a slower pace of life.
