Boyle Announces Acquisition of Four “Class A” Office Buildings

MEMPHIS, TN – April 1, 2020 – Boyle Investment Company, through an affiliate
Poplar Corridor Investments, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of four “Class
A” office buildings from Highwoods Properties, Inc. totaling around 600,000 square feet
which includes the Triad Centre and International Place II. This transaction is an
affirmation of Boyle’s long-term commitment to Memphis and expands the company’s
presence along Poplar Avenue from I-240 to International Drive.
In addition, Boyle has hired nine Highwoods employees who have been involved in
the operation and management of these four properties, and we are excited to
significantly expand our already talented and experienced team of real estate
professionals.
The new properties will fit seamlessly into Boyle’s existing portfolio given that they
are strategically located in the heart of the East Memphis business district where Boyle
currently owns, leases and manages a sizeable portfolio of commercial real estate.
Northwestern Mutual provided financing for the acquisition.
