Boyle Investment Company has purchased the 168 remaining acres at Spring Creek Ranch, which is in the Collierville future annexation zone.
Spring Creek LLC, a partnership formed by the Meyer family, which also owns the adjacent Spring Creek Ranch Golf Course, sold the land.
Boyle is now both the owner and developer of the remaining 340 lots, which will be developed in phases over the next decade. Spring Creek Ranch is a master-planned subdivision of homes ranging from the high $300,000’s to over $1 million.
The Meyer family selected Boyle in 2006 to develop a residential community next to the golf course.
“With the beltway (Tenn. 385 and I-269) nearing completion, Spring Creek Ranch is ideally located inside the loop and close to Collierville public schools … as well as the campuses of Briarcrest High School and St. George’s,” said Gary Thompson, a Boyle vice president.
