Boyle Develops Two New Office Buildings at Humphreys Center

– Humphreys Center –

Two new office buildings at Humphreys Center offer some of the most attractive and conveniently located office space in East Memphis.   Construction began in September 1997 on Boyle’s new 50,000-square-foot corporate office building at 6305 Humphreys Boulevard, and initial occupancy began this fall.   Data Communications Corporation, a provider of computer services to the millwork industry, moved its 25 employees into its 10,000-square-foot space in October.

The two-story building has Class A finishes and is made of precast concrete.  Other amenities include nine-foot ceilings and column-free space.

Financial Federal Saving Bank will locate its corporate headquarters with 55 employees in the new building and will occupy most of the building’s ground floor.  The third tenant, Wundelich Securities, will move its 25 employees into its new 7,300-square-foot space in early November.

"With extensive landscaping and plenty of parking, the office building provides a productive corporate atmosphere in a convenient location," says Mark Halperin, senior vice president of office properties for Boyle. "8,000 to 10,000 square feet of space are still available."

In addition, construction will begin this winter on a twin building at 6325 Humphreys Boulevard adjacent to the Arbors Apartments. This 50,000-square-foot office building should be ready for occupancy in the late summer of 1999.  The buildings at 6305 and 6325 Humphreys Boulevard are identical and will be grouped around a heavily landscaped courtyard.

These two new corporate office buildings are the most recent additions to one of the most innovative development projects in the southeast.  Consisting of more than 300 acres, Humphreys Center is the product of strict attention to detail and quality design.
