Boyle, Hill Realty lead NAIOP winners

The Nashville chapter of commercial real estate development association NAIOP held its annual awards ceremony Thursday night at Omni Nashville Hotel.

H.G. Hill Realty Company (Hill Center Five Points and Hill Center Sylvan Heights) and Boyle Investment Co. (Capitol View, with HCA tower 1100 Charlotte pictured) captured the developer and development of the year awards, respectively.

Vincent Lefler, senior vice president with the local office of JLL, was named broker of the year. Lefler won the award last year.
