Boyle Inks New Leases
Bradley Wilford, Assistant Vice President, Boyle Investment Company: “Well I hate to bore people with statistics but we have re-leased about 10%of the (Forest Hill) center that was previously vacant over the past year. We have also renewed several leases with existing tenants. We take a team approach to our shopping centers and I think it helps. I had another local landlord ask me recently what we were doing to get all these tenants at Shops of Forest Hill. I had to smile because that same landlord was shopping at our center when he asked the question.”
