Boyle Invests in two more Nashville offices

Boyle Investment Company and Northwestern Mutual have purchased two Nashville office buildings for $35,973,000.

One and Two Corporate Centre in the Cool Springs area of Nashville total 281,000 square feet and were completed in 1997. Major tenants include Connecticut General Life Insurance, General Electric Capital Corp., Manchester Tank and Franklin American Mortgage Co.

Boyle will assume leasing and management of the property.

Boyle entered the Nashville market in 2001 and purchased the 58,000 square foot Center Court office building in Maryland Farms in Brentwood in 2002.

The company plans to expand its presence in the city.
