Boyle Offers Additional Neighborhoods in Covenient Locations

A good selection of homesites is available at Bedford Plantation, a new residential community in Germantown on Poplar Avenue next to Ridgeway Country Club.

A beautifully landscaped entry and tree-lined boulevard lead to Whisperwoods, Boyle’s charming new neighborhood in Collierville. Located on Fleming Road in the west Collierville area, Whisperwoods is just three minutes away from the Nonconnah Parkway interchange at Houston Levee Road.

Whisperwoods consist of 121 homesites on 68 acres, with home prices from $300,000 to $400,000.

Buckingham Farms offers homes in a great price range within the protective confines of a large master-planned community. Located at Hacks Cross Road near Shelby Drive, this neighborhood offers family-size lots and is convenient to Southwind county elementary school, a day care center, and Nonconnah Parkway. Home prices begin at $150,000.

There are several large homesites remaining in The Meadows, located in the Riveredge community in Cordova. The Meadows offers an ideal opportunity for home buyers in the $300,000 – $400,000 price range. This neighborhood is ideal for those who want to be surrounded by much larger homes in a beautiful, established area.

Sales have been exceptional a Bedford Plantation, next to Ridgeway Country Club, on Poplar Avenue in Germantown.
