Boyle Welcomes New Office Tenants

Boyle welcomes a wide range of new tenants at its Memphis office properties from Ridgeway Center in the Poplar corridor to Moriah Woods in East Memphis to Schilling Farms in Collierville, according to Mark Halperin, Executive Vice President of Boyle.

Ridgeway Center offers the fixed income department of SunTrust Capital
Markets a renovated trading floor.
Moriah Woods. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-South, Tissue Banks International (TBI), D1 Sports Radio Network, THY, Inc. and Motion Picture Laboratories, Inc. are among the new tenants at Moriah Woods office park at Mt. Moriah and I-240. Long-term tenant Valenti Mid-South Management also relocated in the park and expanded.

Schilling Farms. Nashville-based Converged Solutions Group, LLC (CSG) has relocated its Memphis office to the only “Class A” office building in Collierville: the 104,000-square-foot Helena Chemical Company headquarters building at Schilling Farms. CSG is a single-source provider of integrated voice, data and contact center solutions with approximately 6,000 square feet on the first floor. This leaves two available spaces in the building totaling about 6,200 square feet.

5240 Poplar. Renasant Bank is a new tenant and occupies two floors of the highly visible building in East Memphis.
