Boyle Welcomes New Tenants to Regalia

Diners are enjoying the third restaurant owned by Chef Ryan Trimm, who owns Sweet Grass and Next Door in Cooper Young. Trimm’s Southward Fare & Libations at Regalia is open for dinner and weekend brunch and offers a lively bar, an upstairs room for private parties, and a shared patio. The menu is defined by Trimm’s take on Southern staples such as fried chicken, collard greens, okra, and catfish.

“At Southward, we are devoted to all things Southern, and this means local ingredients, full flavors, and a comfort you can not only feel, but taste,” says Trimm. “The ambiance is warm and inviting with rough-hewn wainscoting and a farm table that seats 14.

Lori James contemporary boutique has been open for more than a year and offers the latest styles in clothing, shoes, and accessories. Since 1994, Memphians have turned to RSVP for the highest quality stationery products and gifts. Now, the same is true for baby apparel and accessories at RSVP Baby, also owned by Gwynn Barton. A Pea in the Pod, now Destination Maternity, has undergone a complete renovation and added a new Motherhood collection. The store still features its popular Designer Collection and Pea in the Pod line.
