Clay & Land Insurance Renews and Expands at Ridgeway Center 
 
Clay & Land Insurance, Inc., a Boyle tenant since 1987, has extended its lease for 26,000 square feet of space at 866 Ridgeway Loop for another seven years.
 
"Boyle’s Ridgeway Center provides a convenient location in the center of the city for both employees and clients,” says Louis Clay, President of Clay & land.  “Boyle also has a conscientious team of real estate professionals who have accommodated our five expansions during the past 25 years.  Being in the ‘loop’ with close proximity to Poplar Avenue and I-240s also is important.”
