Dental Practice Renews Office Lease for 42nd Year in a Row

When Wes McCann finishes his recently signed seven-year lease at 5885 Ridgeway Center Parkway, his practice, McCann Pediatric Dentistry, will have been in the same office park for 42 years.
McCann’s father, Bill W. McCann Sr., started the dentistry business in 1964.
He moved to Ridgeway Center in 1676, making him one of the first tenants in the Boyle Development Co. property.
His son joined the practice in 1993 and the elder McCann is now a professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Dentistry.
The younger McCann says his father’s relationship with Boyle executive vice president Mark Halperin made it easy to continue renewing at Ridgeway Center.
“I see this relationship as a perfect example of what happens when a professional relationship is established and fostered by mutual respect and willingness to serve,” he says.
Kathy Pampuro, vice president at Boyle, negotiated the latest lease.
