Boyle Investment Co. has signed a lease with LongHorn Steakhouse for a new restaurant at Gallina Centro, Boyle’s retail center located at the southwest corner of Poplar and Houston Levee Road, said Cary Whitehead, senior vice president of Boyle’s retail group.

LongHorn also opened a restaurant several weeks ago at Southcrest Market, Boyle’s retail development at I-55 and Goodman Road in Southaven in front of Baptist Hospital DeSoto.

Gallina Centro is a 400,000-square-foot grocery anchored retail center.

Meanwhile, drive by the Boyle’s Ridgeway Center office park on Shady Grove and check out the progress on the company’s latest office building, where SunTrust Bank will occupy 50,000 square feet starting in 2009.
