Finely Scaled Neighborhood at Schilling Farms Headlines Boyle’s Residential Properties

Work is being completed on a prestigious neighborhood at Schilling Farms, Boyle’s multi-use development located south of Poplar Avenue in Collierville. "Collierville’s high growth rate has been exceptional, and this particular part of town, with the new FedEx campus, Baptist Hospital, Nonconnah Parkway, and Schilling Farms, is literally booming," says J. A. Hayden, III, vice president of Boyle. "The first phase of 87 lots will include a small park and a new school, and should be ready for home construction in November."
