With two subsidiaries of hospital chain HCA less than two weeks away from starting their move into new headquarters at Capitol View, the developers of that mixed-use campus are gearing up for construction of the next phase.

On Oct. 6, the partnership of Northwestern Mutual, Boyle Investment Co. and Northwood Ravin will go before the Downtown Code Design Review Committee seeking modifications related to upcoming work on the portion of the overall 32-acre site at 11th Avenue and Nelson Merry Street.

The related filing includes new renderings and a description of the partners’ development plans for that nearly 5-acre portion that’s known as Block E.

The development plans for that block show 24,000 square feet of retail in an 868,000-square-foot multitenant project that also will support about 170 hotel rooms, 319,000 square feet of office space plus support spaces and 1,611 parking spaces.
