The Goodlettsville office building that was to become the headquarters for Commonwealth Brands has been sold for $1.9 million, Nashville Post reports.

The former home of the Bank of Goodlettsville, located at 112 Long Hollow Pike, is now anchored by Regions Bank.

After signing a 10-year lease for 30,000-square-feet inside the building, Commonwealth bailed on its Goodlettsville plans last May.

Boyle Investment Co. sold the building to OakPoint Properties, led by Justin Albright and James Granberry. Boyle had paid $2.17 million for the property in 2010.
