Joel Fulmer Selected to Counselors Of Real Estate

Joel Fulmer, vice president of commercial and industrial real estate for Boyle, has been invited to become a member of The Counselors of Real Estate. The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) is the real estate industry’s most respected source for professional advice on property and land-related matters. Membership in The Counselors is by invitation and is based on the individual’s judgement in rendering advice on real estate matters. In addition to his recent CRE designation, Fulmer also holds the MAI designation form the Appraisal Institute, the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. It is believed that Fulmer is the first real estate professional to have achieved all four designations.
