Next office building set to begin construction at Brentwood Commons
June 6, 2018
Construction was scheduled to begins this week on a new 120,000 SF Class A office building and 4-level parking garage at Brentwood Commons, a leafy office complex with ponds and park benches arrayed around the American General campus north of Brentwood.
The office building is 120,000 SF and has been released on a speculative basis, with no pre-leasing, with expected completion in February 2020 for tenant occupancy. The building will be eight stories tall, four office floors on top of a 4-level parking garage, offering unrivaled views and visibility in Brentwood and the Crieve Hall area of Nashville.
The release of Brentwood Commons IV comes on the heels of the completion of Brentwood Commons III, also released on a speculative basis, which was completed in 2Q 2017 and is 97% leased.
Boyle Investment Company is developing the building, as well as handling leasing and management. This project continues a 20+ year-relationship between Boyle principals and TA Realty (Boston, Mass), which provides advisory services for the owner of the 14-acre multi-tenant office park.
“Brentwood Commons IV offers new, highly efficient class A office space, superior views, accessibility, and a competitive price point,” says Thomas McDaniel of Boyle.
Bell & Associates is the general contractor for the new building; the architect is TMPartners; the civil engineer is Kimley Horn; the structural engineer is SDL; the engineer is ICT; and the land
planner is Kiser Vogrin Design.
