New business tenants such as Cricket Communications will be in Meridian Cool Springs by May.

2550 Meridian, the three-story office building in the Boyle Investment Co. development, has signed up Office Suites PLUS and Cricket as tenants as it nears its May completion.

Boyle officials say the building, still under construction, is 70 percent booked.

Office Suites PLUS, a company that develops and operates full-service office suites for corporations or individuals seeking office solutions, will lease most of the second floor, Boyle officials say.

The other major anchor tenant at 2550 Meridian is Cricket Communications, the San Diego company that offers wireless phone alternatives to traditional landline service.

Cricket will lease the majority of the third floor for its administrative offices.

The building’s completed twin, 2555 Meridian, was the second office building constructed after the Community Health Systems headquarters, and has tenants such as Microsoft Corp., J.C. Reed and Co. and Waste Management.

The $175 million mixed-use Boyle development also features 3000 Meridian, the new headquarters for the Podiatry Insurance Co. of America, a 102,500-square-foot office building scheduled for completion in September.

The Class A offices mix with hotels and restaurants such as Noshville.

Boyle officials say they are ready to break ground on the first phase of Berry Farms, a 600-acre mixed-use community at Interstate 65 and the Goose Creek bypass interchange. Construction is scheduled for spring.
