(Collierville, Tennessee) Today, Jim Wilson & Associates, Inc., submitted preliminary plans for an open-air, village-like lifestyle shopping center in Collierville, Tennessee. This upscale project, proposed for development at the Southeast quadrant of the intersection of Houston Levee Road and Nonconnah Parkway, will be known as Carriage Crossing at Collierville. The 1,200,000 square foot open-air center will provide retail and restaurant locations serving the trade area.

"We are very excited about this project," said Will Wilson of Jim Wilson & Associates. "We have been in the planning stages for well over a year now and have continued to review and revise plans to find the best design for Collierville and its residents. Our projected time frame includes approximately 16-18 months for construction with a targeted opening of 2004," Wilson said.

Carriage Crossing at Collierville will be a unique lifestyle shopping center offering the convenience of front-door parking and an abundance of landscaping, all in a village green main-street style atmosphere.

"This will be a quality development and we are pleased to be working with the Town of Collierville and several top-notch area businesses such as Boyle Investment Company and the land planning firm of Dalhoff Thomas Daws. "Carriage Crossing will be a perfect fit for Collierville, as it will offer the convenience of shopping while also generating sales tax revenue for the town. We look forward to being involved with the town for many years to come both as the developer and property management company," Wilson said.
