Boyle Investment Co. is just weeks away from cutting the ribbon on a new Class A office building in Collierville.

The 50,000-square-foot facility located at 255 Schilling Blvd. will officially be unveiled Thursday, July 21, as part of a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Helena Chemical Co. will occupy 25,000 square feet, with the remaining 25,000 square feet of ground floor space available for lease.

“Every day, Collierville is making strides of becoming a place where world-class businesses bring their dreams and build their business,” said Collierville Mayor Stan Joyner, in a release. “This new office complex development brings a level of national prestige and recognition that the Collierville business community will welcome and embrace.”

A 9,000-square-foot retail center is currently being constructed next to the new office building.  That retail space should be ready for tenants in October.  Also happening nearby is phase two of The Carrington at Schilling Farms, an upscale multi-family development.  Phase two, called Carrington West at Schilling Farms, will include 125 units comprised of apartments and townhomes.  Residents are expected to begin occupying the new phase in the fall.  The total acreage of the Schilling Farms community, which is a joint project of Boyle Investment and Harry Smith, is 443 acres.

“Helena’s expansion puts in place another piece of the emerging mixed-use core of Schilling Farms, Collierville’s premier district for corporate headquarters,” said Mark Halperin, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Boyle. “The expansion site completes the southern village core, which we think is one of the best locations in Collierville for state-of-the-art Class A office space.”
