The Pinnacle: Old Germantown’s Best Address
Only seven premier estate home sites remain at The Pinnacle of Germantown, Boyle’s naturally preserved gated community on Dogwood Road at Poplar Avenue in the heart of “Old Germantown.” The upscale neighborhood consists of 16 home sites positioned around four acres of park-like open spaces with natural streams, stone bridges, and two ponds with fountains.
