Two New Residential Communities Underway in Germantown & Collierville

With limited availability of new upscale homes in Germantown, Allelon (Al-lay’-lone), Boyle’s new 50-lot residential community at McVay and Messick, will be a welcome addition, especially for families seeking quality Germantown public schools and close proximity to some of the area’s finest private schools. MUS and Hutchison are both just an easy four minute drive on safe neighborhood streets. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2017. Plans call for preservation of the tree-lined, rural character of McVay Road to remain in its current stately manner and buffer the new homes, which are slated to be priced from the high $500,000s to mid-$700,000s.

Site work is nearing completion at AddieGreen, a new 12-lot community in Collierville located north of Poplar Avenue just west of the Baptist Memorial Hospital and adjacent to the Collierville Greenbelt trail. The one-third acre lots have been sold to two quality home builders. Bob Reed Builder, LLC and Distinctive Homes, LLC are pre-selling new homes for delivery next summer. Home prices are expected to range from $685,000 to $800,000.

Two new phases will soon be underway at Spring Creek Ranch in the Collierville Reserve adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. In the original phase, only ten Grand Manor lots remain in the private and gated area for sale to individuals for custom home construction. Site work is underway for 30 new wooded lots in the Manor, and plans are underway for a new section of the popular Village lots to begin in early 2017. Market homes, by nearly a dozen of the area’s best builders, are currently available in both the Village and the Manor.

Boyle’s rural community, Twin Lakes of Piperton, has new lots coming online next summer. Plans for the new construction will be working through the approval process with the city of Piperton in the coming months, with hopes of opening up a section of new cove and lake lots early next year.
