Work Progresses on Boyle’s Residential Communities

Boyle is active in the residential market with work underway in several premier communities throughout the Memphis area.

Spring Creek Ranch offers residents a multitude of amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and walking trails.

Home construction began this spring in The Village and The Manor at Spring Creek Ranch, a master-planned community off Raleigh-LaGrange Road in the Collierville rural preserve area surrounding the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.  Friends are bringing friends and residents are moving into this family-friendly neighborhood to take advantage of the area’s best pool, tennis courts, jogging/walking trails, and Lake Chinquapin. Homes start in the $400,000s in the Village, which offers low-maintenance and close proximity to the swim club. The Manorprovides captivating views of rolling terrain and mature trees with luxury homes starting at $500,000. All of the communities at Spring Creek Ranch offer low county taxes in the Collierville reserve area. Residents will enjoy nearby access to a new section of I-385, which is scheduled to open in 2012.

Avilla will offer country living at its best with 15 estate-sized lots in a private and gated community on Reid Hooker Road just north of Raleigh LaGrange and south of Macon Road in east Shelby County. Situated on wooded and rolling terrain, Avilla will provide residents with five acres of common area with a boardwalk providing access to the Glen Birnham Lake. Lots, which will be available in early 2011, will range in size from 2 to 3.37 acres and will be priced between $175,000 and $246,750. Home prices will start around $650,000.

Washington Gates provides residents with several common areas, including this stone fireplace

There are eight lots available in the upscale Pinnacle of Germantown conveniently located in the heart of old Germantown at Poplar Avenue and Old Dogwood. This 18.5-acre community of 16 lots lies in the midst of a naturally wooded area of mature trees. The clustered development preserves the tree cover, natural terrain and existing streams. Lots are priced around $400,000.

The 200-acre upscale Twin Lakes community offers 154 lots in arguably the best location around Collierville just a few minutes off I-385 at the Highway 57 interchange.  The property features two lakes and 22 acres of wooded park along the Wolf River. This rural porch community provides more than 40 acres of common open space and outdoor amenities, including fishing and canoeing. The equestrian nature of the property is preserved through conservation lots surrounded by three-rail wooden fences.  Lots range from one-half to five acres and are priced from $90,000 to $180,000. Be sure to visit Twin Lakes during the Parade of Homes of Fayette County from September 18 to October 17 featuring hot air balloon rides.

Construction of two homes is underway in Washington Gates, a private, gated cottage neighborhood in Collierville with the small town feel of yesterday. Imagine just 16 lots each nestled in mature trees so when the homes are complete, they will appear 100 years old. This community of brand new homes is just 1.5 blocks from shopping and dining at Collierville’s Historic Town Square and offers residents an outdoor fireplace and conversation area.  Mature trees, a stone bridge, and charming fountain in the community’s center are just a few of the many amenities. Lot prices range from $115,000 to $170,000 and homes range from $400,000 to $700,000. The two homes under construction are the new smaller, livable, yet upscale, homes designed by Looney Ricks Kiss and Lavelle Walker in the architectural style of old Collierville.
