The Water Tower District in Collierville, Tennessee is a 50-acre mixed-use development in the northwest corner of Schilling Farms. Phase one of construction has started and will include 28 residential buildings, 40,000 retail square feet, and 50,000 office square feet for IMC Companies corporate headquarters. The residential district will be located on Schilling Boulevard West between Poplar Avenue and Winchester Boulevard and will feature townhouses, duplexes, triplexes, and apartment buildings. The Water Tower District will incorporate walkability, elevator-served buildings, and direct-access garages in order to create a very pleasant and unique suburban environment. The mixed-use development lies within a mile radius of several national headquarters including the FedEx World Technology campus, Helena Agri Enterprises, MCR Safety, Juice Plus, Mueller and Orgill, and IMC Companies corporate headquarters.
