Tom Hutton

Senior Vice President

Responsibilities:Hutton is a Leasing Agent and Property Manager in Boyle’s Commercial Sales and Leasing Department. In this capacity he handles the leasing and management duties of over approximately four million square feet of office properties in the Memphis area.

Professional Record:Prior to joining Boyle in 2001, Hutton was associated with Trammell Crow Company in the Commercial Sales Leasing department. He also played professional football in the National Football League with the Philadelphia Eagles (1995-98) and the Miami Dolphins (1999). In 2022, Tom was promoted to Senior Vice President.

Education:Hutton received a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee and holds the CCIM designation with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Professional Affiliations:Hutton is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Civic and Community Involvement:Hutton served as Chairman of the Board of the Bodine School and is a volunteer with Memphis Gridiron Ministries. Hutton currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Memphis University School.
