Professional Record:Whitehead, who has been with Boyle since 1995, has more than 50 years of commercial real estate experience. He has been responsible for the development of over two million square feet of commercial property and personally directed the development of International Place and Southwind Office Center in Memphis. He also has handled the financing of all of Boyle's projects.

Education:Whitehead holds a B.B.A. from the University of Memphis. His professional education includes course work from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the Appraisal Institute, as well as real estate investment analysis from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Southwest Crossing

This 500,000-square-foot retail center on 55 acres serves the high-growth area of southwest Fort Worth. Located near Hulen Mall, one of the most successful regional malls in Tarrant County, the center features a number of national retailers and restaurants. Boyle developed and leased the center in 1999, and it was subsequently sold in 2005.

Preston Shepard Place

This 370,000-square-foot power center on 31 acres in suburban Dallas exemplifies Boyle’s experience in retail development. The power center serves an upscale consumer trade area at one of the most dynamic intersections in the Metro Dallas area. The project’s anchor strength and strategic location have established it as a regional destination with many prominent national, value-oriented tenants. The center was completed in the fall of 1995 and was 100 percent leased upon completion. Boyle subsequently sold the center in 1996 and no longer handles leasing for this property.
