Phil Fawcett

Managing Partner

Responsibilities:As Managing Partner in Boyle Investment Company’s Nashville office, Fawcett is primarily responsible for overseeing the Nashville office and development activities for the Nashville area.

Professional Record:Fawcett is a seasoned real estate veteran who was formerly with the Trammell Crow Company, where he served as the principal manager for the retail division, and was responsible for management, leasing, and brokerage operations for the state of Tennessee. He was also responsible for the development and redevelopment of shopping centers throughout the state. Fawcett and Jeff Haynes opened the Boyle Nashville office in 2001 and have been responsible for the development of new projects. Fawcett also directs the planning, zoning, and entitlements for new projects in Middle Tennessee. His vast knowledge and experience in all facets of the shopping center industry have allowed him to create unique solutions for retail clients and customers throughout the Unites States. Fawcett has developed valued relationships, which enhance his expertise in the development of turn key solutions for complex projects. Currently, Fawcett is working closely with city officials throughout Middle Tennessee to facilitate development activities throughout the area. Fawcett directs the planning, zoning and development of the Berry Farms property in Franklin, a 600-acre mixed-use development that will include 3M SF of office space, 1.8M SF of retail space and 1,100 residential units when complete as well as Northside McEwen, a unique 45-acre mixed-use environment that will include approximately 750,000 square feet of Class A office space, 100,000 square feet of restaurants and specialty retail, a 150-room business-class hotel, 580 luxury apartments, and upwards of 10 acres of beautifully designed green spaces to seamlessly connect the community.

Reams Fleming at Berry Farms is located in the Southeast quadrant of I-65 and the Peytonsville Road exit and fronts I-65 with excellent visibility.
